I have not previously registered in the registration system – what should I do?

1) REGISTER using your company details at www.ilmoittaudu.finnboat.fi

2) LOG IN with your email address and REGISTER for Naantali Boat Show 2026

3) No permanent user account is created for the site – LOG IN again whenever you want to view or edit your registration

NB! If you are bringing your own tent, select a open land space in the system and choose the required number of square meters.

I am already registered in the system – how do I register to the event now?

1) If you have registered previously (for example, if you have participated in the Helsinki Uiva-Boat Afloat Show), LOG IN at www.ilmoittaudu.finnboat.fi using your email address

2) Check and, if necessary, update your details under MY ORGANIZATION

3) REGISTER for Naantali Boat Show 2026. The system will notify you that it has found information from the previous year; choose whether you want to use the old data or submit completely new information. After this, you can either make entirely new selections or update last year’s information.

4) No permanent user account is created for the site – LOG IN again whenever you want to view or edit your registration

5) You can also add other representatives of your company under MY ORGANIZATION, allowing them to view and update your registration as well
